Writing prompt – what are you thinking?

Notice your thoughts. Sit quietly for 5 or 10 minutes. Notice the thoughts that arise. At the end of this period, quickly make a note of what you can remember.

thoughtsCircle words , phrases or ideas that interest you. Write them at the top of a new page.

Now write for at least 10 minutes using these words as inspiration. Write without censoring or editing. Let the words flow, see where it goes.
