During my training as an Occupational Therapist I discovered that with encouragement and the right environment, everyone can be creative. This was a revelation to me and has had a powerful impact on my life ever since.
It has informed my work over the last 16 years, facilitating a range of creative and personal development workshops. I specialise in facilitating the discovery and exploration of creative abilities and using creativity as a personal development and therapeutic tool.
I am a qualified Occupational Therapist and Life Coach, with a Masters in Creative Writing and personal development.
I am a writer, working on the fifth draft of my first novel.
I also work as a lead trainer in a mental health recovery college, creating and facilitating a range of educational health and wellbeing programmes.
