Take a notebook to a public place. Observe for a while. Make a note of what might change, in a post-apocalyptic world. Now answer the following questions:
- What causes the apocalypse?
- What remains, one year on?
- What’s the biggest challenge for survivors?
- What, if anything, is positive about this post-apocalyptic world?
Imagine yourself as a survivor. Write for at least 15 minutes, without pausing to edit or censor. Let it flow, see where it takes you.
